For Claude and ChatGPT
Every store,as itself.
Maia brings real stores into Claude and ChatGPT as their own storefronts. Their products, their prices, their look. You check out on the store's own site.
No sign-in · No card details · Checkout on the store's site
Linen bedding that feels calm. Something for the spare room.
Here's what Maia found at Halden & Hart.
Six stores, six storefronts. The stores are illustrative; the card is the one Maia renders.
02How it works
Ask in chat. Shop the store. Pay where you always do.
Maia connects your assistant to stores that publish their catalogue over the Universal Commerce Protocol. It reads the live store, then shows it the way the store would.
- 01
Ask
Name the store, the thing, or both. “Linen sheets at Halden & Hart, under $250.” Your assistant calls Maia and Maia finds the store.
- 02
Browse
The store arrives as a storefront card: live products and prices, in its colours and its type. Compare two things, pick a size, build a bag.
- 03
Check out
Your bag opens on the store's own checkout, with the store's own returns and receipts. Maia never sees a card number and never takes payment.
The store stays the store.
03Add Maia
One URL.Two minutes.
Maia is a connector your assistant adds by URL. Add it once and it is there in every chat. There is no account to make and nothing to sign in to.
Connector URL
https://mcp.maia.sibylline.group/mcpOpens Claude with Maia filled in. You confirm it there.
Or by hand
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
- Select Add, then Custom, then Web.
- Name it Maia, paste the connector URL and select Continue.
- Under Authentication choose No sign in, then select Add.
- In a chat, open +, then Connectors, and switch Maia on.
Works on every Claude plan. Free plans include one custom connector.
Then try
- “Show me wool runners at allbirds.com”
- “Compare two pairs of flats at rothys.com”
04For merchants
Your store is already here. Make it look like yours.
If your store speaks UCP, shoppers can find it through Maia today. Until it is claimed, it shows in the archetype closest to your catalogue. Claim it, and your own brand takes its place on every card.
- 01
Sign in
With your work email. No password: Maia sends a six-digit code.
- 02
Prove the domain
Add a DNS TXT record or a meta tag to your site. Maia checks it, and keeps checking, so a claim stays with whoever controls the domain.
- 03
Bring your brand
Once your brand kit is approved, every Maia card for your store carries your logo, palette and type. Checkout stays on your site, as it always was.
Think a store was claimed by someone who does not run it? Dispute the claim.
